After visiting three different doctors ... It seems that the problem of my ear is not fully recovered. This morning, telinga aku buat hal lagi... berdengung.. sakit.. and the 'liquid' starts to come out.... yerkk.. it is more serious.
Tomorrow there is something very important for me to go through. I decided to see doctor Suren. Doctor Suren sangat teliti. He checked my ear. He looked into my ear with a special flashlight called the otoscope. Mmmm... it is a good tool, senang nak korek telinga Adelina.. hehheee ... With the otoscope, the doctor could see my ear drum, and there appears to be a problem in the thin membrane between the outer and middle ear.
Through his otoscope, Dr Suren also blew air in my ear to see the vibrations in the eardrum. An infected eardrum won't move as it should because the pus presses against it and may make it bulge. An infection also can make the eardrum red. That happened to my ear.
In addition, even worse... when the doctor said there is a small hole in my eardrum. Dr kata kalau masuk air jer... habis.. bernanah ler lagi... yerrkkk.. Pelik pulak rasanya.. why other doctors bagi ubat titis utk telinga aku.. Betul ke tak betul doktor ni???? Dr Suren ckp ubat titis tu bleh buatkan telinga aku makin teruk.. huhuuuu
Yg paling tragis untuk didengar adalah Dr Suren told me that I need minor surgery to close the hole in the eardrum. And that is certainly ... not tomorrow doc.... I have a very important thing to do. The doctor gave me a week and sebeban ubat yang perlu ditelan. Next week I will see Dr Suren again. No option, surgery kena buat jugak.. If not I will suffer the same problem kalau air masuk telinga...
Tetiba.. aku teringat insiden dulu-dulu zaman sekolah rendah rasanya. Waktu bulan puasa.. makan sampai ke katil... Sudahnya.. telinga masuk lipas. Apa lagi.. menggelupur ler.. si girl yang bernama Sally itu. Dari satu klinik ke klinik yang lain. Doktor yg tak berapa bertauliah aku rasa.. cuba mengeluarkan lipas tersebut.. ada yang cucuk.. ada yang guna sepit... ada jugak yang pam air dan minyak... sakit betul masa tu.. sudahnya dirujuk ke hospital besar .. jumpa pakat ENT.. sekali sedut jer lipas sudah keluar.. dah mati pun si lipas... masa pam air dan minyak tu.. sakit gila.. bleh rasa lipas menggelupur kat dalam telinga.. maybe lubang kat eardrum tu berlaku bila masa sesi cucuk mengcungkil itu.. Cuma tak tahu kenapa ia semakin besar sekarang... huhuuuu..huuu.... sakittttt.....
